Tyra Banks is getting a little company over on Lonely Gals Lane.
Veteran newswoman Katie Couric is saying buh-bye to Brooks Perlin, the 37-year-old she's been dating for the past five years.
"They have decided to move on," a friend said.
The New York glossies caught the first sign of trouble when Brooks, who is 17 years Katie's junior, was spied moving out of her Upper East Side home over the weekend.
"Brooks is a great person and a real gentleman; he and Katie enjoyed their time together. But after five years, they have decided it was time to go their separate ways."
Apparently, things have been rocky between the pair for some time.
"Three months ago, Brooks was looking for a broker to find a new place to live. He stopped looking because they decided they were going to try to make things work," another insider chimed in.

Couric, 54, lost her husband, Jay Monahan, to colon cancer in 1998. She met Perlin at an event to raise money for cancer research at the Louis Licari hair salon in 2006.
"I thought he was really cute. He asked me if I wanted to have dinner sometime and I liked that it was so direct and natural," she once said of her first meeting with Perlin.
"He's incredibly kind, caring and sensitive… Even if we are not on the same page all the time, I like being in his space," Couric added.

She may be single, but Katie isn't inhaling Twinkies and nursing a broken heart. The award-winning journalist is channeling her energy into launching her upcoming syndicated talk show, aptly titled Katie.
The chatfest will fill the void left by the departure of The Oprah Winfrey Show when it joins ABC's daytime lineup in September.
