Pengobatan Nabi adalah :  metode yang sekarang sedang mendapat perhatian serius masyarakat Indonesia, karena Nabi SAW adalah teladan bagi setiap muslim sehingga masyarakat muslim sangatlah ingin segala perangai hidupnya dikaitkan kepada NabiSAW . Segala hal yang dilakukan Nabi SAW menjadi sangat penting untuk diperhatikan, menarik untuk dikaji, dan sangat ingin diterapkan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari .

Perkembangan dunia Pengobatan metode barat yang belakangan kurang mampu memenuhi keinginan dan kebutuhan masyarakat, telah membuat masyarakat menoleh kepada metode alternatuf  lain diantaranya Pengobatan Nabi .
Dalam Pengobatan Nabi ada 2 keunggulan: mengandung fungsi pengobatan penyakit dan sekaligus mengikuti sunnah Nabi SAW . Sehingga bagi masyarakat muslim Pengobatan Nabi adalah sangat menarik dan menyenangkan .

Beberapa ciri Pengobatan Nabi adalah sbb.:

1.    Halal : dimana bahan maupun metode yang digunakan adalah halal dan tidak boleh menggunakan bahan atau cara yang haram. Bahan haram adalah yang haram substansinya atau cara mengolahnya atau cara mendapatkannya. Sedangkan cara yang haram adalah mengunakan bantuan jin, mendzalimi mahluk lain, atau mengurangi kadar ketauhidan kita, karena keyakinan mutlak bagi kita bahwa Allah-lah sang maha Penyembuh .

2.    Islami : yaitu diutamakan menggunakan obat yang direkomendasikan Nabi SAW

3.    Manfaat : yaitu bahan yang dipakai harus jelas memberi manfaat sekurangnya secara empirik

4.    Murah : harga/biaya pengobatan terjangkau untuk setiap lapisan masyarakat

5.    Aman : bahan atau metode yang dipakai sudah terbukti aman baik dalam penggunaan jangka pendek maupun jangka panjang .

6.    Holistik : Pengobatan harus memperlakukan manusia secara utuh yaitu memperlakukan pasien sebagai individu yang terdiri dari fisik – jiwa – sosial – spiritual .

Penggunaan obat dalam Pengobatan Nabi SAW adalah obat alami yang dibuat dengan mempertimbangkan manfaat dan memperhatikan segala aspek untuk penyediaan obat yang baik.

Glee giving back in the name of The Band Aid Trust

Glee is using its power of voice to give back in a very, very big way this holiday season.

Glee's Christmas episode is upon us , and the cast is doing their part to make a difference with a special song.

When you tune in to the Tuesday, Dec. 13 episode of Glee, "Extraordinary Merry Christmas," you'll hear the cast's version of Band Aid's "Do They Know It's Christmas?"

The song will mean more than a simple pleasure to our hearts. 

According to a release from Sony Music Entertainment/Columbia Records via Mike Navarra, "In the spirit of the holiday season Glee will donate 100 percent of the net monies from the sales of their version of Band Aid's 1984 hit "Do They Know It's Christmas?" to The Band Aid Trust."

According to the release, The Band Aid Trust "has raised in excess of 190 million to support projects designed to make a lasting difference in Ethiopia, Somalia and surrounding countries in East Africa."

Band Aid's Bob Geldof is in complete support of Glee covering "Do They Know It's Christmas?" and said, “The reverberations of this little song continue down the long 26 years since Midge Ure and I wrote it."

He added, "It could not be more timely now that Glee with its vast global audience of young people reintroduce it to a whole new constituency who are probably unaware of the great tragedy unfolding amongst the hungry, poor and dying of Somalia as a result of drought and a bitter and pointless civil war. This song was made specifically with that intent."

Geldof also went on to thank everyone from the producers to the actors for using who they are and what they do to "alter the lives of many thousands of otherwise voiceless people."

Kudos to Glee for giving back!

Khloe and Lamar to take Dallas after New Orleans deal nixed

Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom will be making the big adjustment to living life in the Lone Star state after receiving the news Odom has been traded to the Dallas Mavericks.

'Round and 'round he goes, where Lamar Odom lands nobody knows. Well, that's not true anymore.

Nope, Khloe and Lamar will not be taking The Big Easy as previously reported.

Instead of heading to the New Orleans Hornets, Khloe Kardashian's hubby, Lamar Odom is off to Texas!

According to the New York Times' Lakers blog, Lamar Odom has been traded to the Dallas Mavericks.

Why the New Orleans deal fell through isn't completely clear at this time, but NBA baller Chris Paul was part of the original trade attempt as well. 

The real issue now is how the Kardashian family is going to deal with this trade. They are a tight group and something tells us separation isn't what they need at this time.

Khloe Kardashian took to her Twitter, writing a philosophical verse to express her feelings: "For I know the plans I have for u,' declares the LORD, 'plans to prosper u and not to harm u, plans to give u hope and a future.' Jeremiah." 

She's also laughed off rumors she was part of the reason behind the trade situation in the first place. "I am curious as to how I am the cause for any trade? LOL Some people just say anything behind their computer screen," she wrote. 

Does the Los Angeles girl think she'll get along fine in Texas? "I am sure I will love it but I am a tad thrown off," she tweeted. 

She also wrote, "I know for a fact blessings are everywhere!!! Everything happens for a reason. God is great."

Alec Baldwin nabs laughs over airline debacle on SNL

Alec Baldwin returned to his familiar Saturday Night Live stomping grounds this week to poke fun at his run-in with American Airlines.

By now you probably know Alec Baldwin was recently kicked off of an American Airlines flight after refusing to turn off his phone.

The actor wasted no time posing as the pilot of the plane on SNL to put some humor into the situation. 

He already issued his own statement for his part in getting kicked off the American Airlines flight, but he wasn't done there. 

The actor hit up Saturday Night Live's "Weekend Update" sketch to reverse the roles a bit. 

Posing as the pilot of the flight, Baldwin told Seth Meyers, “I am ashamed at the way he was treated. I mean, what harm would it do to let him keep playing his game… not just any game, mind you, but a word game for smart people."

The actor in character as the pilot also referred to himself, the actor, as an "American treasure."

The entire stunt was very Baldwin-esque and pretty darn funny!

The war of words between Alec Baldwin and American Airlines has been a game of back and forth ping-pong, with Baldwin apologizing to the passengers but not the airline. 

At one point, the 30 Rock actor said in a letter on the Huffington Post, "It was never my intention to inconvenience anyone with my ‘issue’ with a certain flight attendant.”

He's so crafty with his words.

Is Lea Michele crushing on Ashton Kutcher?

Lea Michele reveals that Ashton Kutcher was her dream co-star for her role in New Year's Eve.

Lea Michele and Ashton Kutcher set off the rumor patrol when they got really, really close during the New Year's Eve premiere earlier this week. Sources came out of the woodwork on Tuesday claiming that Kutcher is putting his claws in Michele as part of his Operation Ditch Demi Moore plan.

However, it may have been Michele that hatched the plan to get close to Kutcher. The Glee actress revealed in her New York magazine interview that she basically wanted Kutcher for her love interest in the film all along.

"Garry [Marshall, New Year's Eve director] was like, 'Who do you think is cute? What guys do you like? Who do you want to be in this movie with you?' And I was like, 'I don't know, I've never been asked before!'" she said in the interview. 

"I didn't mention Ashton's name just because, I gotta say, I kinda felt like he was a little out of my league. You know, this guy's like, the hottest guy, and then when they called and said that Ashton was doing it, I was really freaked out. I thought I should have picked someone else and said, 'You have to use this person!' so I wouldn't have been nervous. But I'm so glad, because he challenged me, and it was a really great pairing, I think."

Awww. Sounds like someone has quite the crush. Scratch that, we pretty much know she does, based on a tweet she sent after the premiere.

"@aplusk it was such an honor working with you. I cannot thank you enough," she tweeted.

It's pretty adorable, but we hope they aren't dating or getting busy because, well, he'll break her heart.

"He totally loved Demi, but the whole time he was with her he always felt like he was in a state of restraint. He loves beautiful women and beautiful women love him, so he always had this feeling of being a kid in a candy store but only having access to one candy jar," a source said.

"Splitting from Demi has been devastating, but now he's starting to accept that it's over and he's trying to focus on the silver lining -- which for him is basically a sex rampage." 

Yikes! Run away, Lea!

Freeing up landfill space with composting

Remember when, once upon a time, we heard about companies participating in recycling programs? It was novel and new -- and smart. Today, the newest green movement among corporations is food composting.

San Diego's pioneer program

In August, a pioneer commercial food composting program that collects food waste from grocery stores was launched by Waste Management in San Diego. It's the first of its kind in the U.S. Its purpose? To lessen the staggering amount of food that is dumped into landfills each year.

Sign On San Diego reported on it a few months ago, noting that 34 million tons of food waste are generated annually in the U.S. A measly 3 percent of that is recycled.

While other cities such as San Francisco have residential food composting programs, San Diego is the first to create a food waste route that collects from grocery stores. The scraps don't end up in the landfill, an idea that doesn't seem novel -- but really is.

Saving landfill space and the air

“It’s a fantastic moment,” Ana Carvalho, a food waste expert for San Diego’s Environmental Services Department, told Sign On San Diego. “It’s going to go well and that will open other doors for growth.”

Carvalho summed it up perfectly: “We don’t want to run out of space in the landfill because we’re burying materials that can be reused.”

In only one of San Diego's landfills, 140,000 tons of food waste is dumped annually. Imagine if even half of that could be composted. In addition to freeing up space, it would reduce greenhouse gases.

More than just grocery stores

While the grocery store route is new, many San Diego establishments were already contributing food waste to the composting program. According to CalRecycle, the San Diego Convention Center, airport, baseball stadium, SeaWorld, university campuses, military facilities and more were all part of the innovative food composting plan.

Current success opens the door to future expansion

The Hilton San Diego Bayfront Hotel was the first hotel in San Diego County to join the program, notes the City of San Diego. While it already did one very socially responsible thing -- donating all edible food to local charities -- its decision to begin food composting has been even more environmentally friendly and financially viable.

During its first eight months of participation, the hotel composted 124 tons of food waste and diverted 11 percent of its waste stream. It also saved $8,000 in landfill fees and waste transport costs. While that's not a huge amount of money for a large company, it is still a savings, not a cost. And when that savings also saves the environment, how can anyone complain?

What happens to all of that food?!

Currently, the Miramar Greenery accepts food for composting. The facility and its trained employees are capable of turning the food into a rich compost product. It can then be used improve soil texture, increase the nutrients in soil and increase soil's ability to hold water.

The new way to live green

If you recall the early days of recycling, when all you could place in the green bin was cardboard and glass bottles, it seemed new and unusual. Today, recycling is a given part of daily life . Hopefully, as more companies get on board with food composting, the program will expand to include residential service across the country.

Casseroles sometimes get a bad rap, but they’ve come a long way from the memories of some childhood meals! There are a bunch of benefits to making a delicious casserole for dinner. From the comfort-food appeal to the ease of prep to great-tasting, hearty options, you’ll find something to please your entire family!

Creamy chicken and wild rice casserole

Serves 6 people

Ingredients:

• 3 cups cooked, chopped chicken breasts
• 2 cups cooked wild rice
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• 1/2 cup chopped onion
• 3 tablespoons flour
• 1 cup chicken broth
• 1/2 cup milk
• Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
• 1/2 cup shaved Parmesan cheese

Directions:

1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and grease a medium casserole dish. Evenly arrange chicken and rice in the casserole dish.
2. In a small saucepan over medium-high heat, heat the oil and cook the onion, stirring often, for about two minutes. Sprinkle in the flour and cook, stirring, for about one minute; whisk in the broth and bring to a simmer.
3. Whisk in the milk and bring back to a simmer; season with salt and pepper. When the sauce just thickens, pour it over the chicken and rice, shaking the dish to evenly distribute the ingredients.
4. Sprinkle with cheese and bake for 25 minutes or until lightly browned.

It’s the time of year for cookies galore! Why not turn a “must-do” into a fun family activity and bake and decorate holiday cookies together? Whether there are a few of you or a crowd big enough for an assembly line, you’ll have fun together measuring, telling tales of holidays past, decorating and, of course, tasting your creations!

When the time comes to serve up your creations, you’ll have fond memories of the teamwork and family fun that took place.

While you’re at it, consider baking several batches of cookies to share with others this season. Bake and take them together as a family to a senior center, homeless shelter or the new family on the block. It’s the season for sharing, after all!
